What?! You didn’t know this? Well, now that you do, grab your ‘significant other, or in my case my ‘better half’ and give them a kiss they’ll remember!
To get you in a mood, here’s my choice of three best kissing scenes I’ve seen on the screen.
Here at b2b we’ll celebrate today by giving away some books that need a new home ;D Tell us about the best kiss you had or seen it on the screen!
(*open only for US)
I think the best kiss was from Gone With the Wind with Rhett and Scarlett.
I guess…for some reason, in all those old movies I always felt the kiss’ were sort-of fake looking…I need to check it out again….maybe I’ll change my mind then

Loved the pictures! After 42 years of marriage I still love to be kissed by my wonderful husband and am still thrilled that I married a “younger” man”!
I’m sure you agree!
How can I not to?! Those younger men sure do know how to make us feel even younger!
Old school — From Here to Eternity.. but there were several really great ones in Gone With the Wind, also.
Totally forgot about that one! Good one too!
The first kiss from my husband. We’ve made 43 years and I’m the younger one.
Love your answer!
I treasure the memory of mine at the altar and I’ve been trying to post the pic, but it would not do it for me, so I added it to the post ;D Check it out!

Great for you Andrea!
I still relive the kiss my DH gave me at the altar
I must have a thing about kisses in the rain because I like the upside down kiss between Spidey and Mary Jane in Spiderman and the kiss between Holly Golightly and Paul in Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
How about in the movie “Snow White”. A Prince comes along and kisses Snow White, whose asleep, and she all of a sudden comes awake. How many others have such a powerful kiss
Oh crap! I still have to see that one
I’m waiting to see the remake “Snow White and the Huntsman”.
The kiss Allie and Noah share in the rain in The Notebook and the last kiss in the movie Tristan & Isolde. Also the kiss between Guinevere and Lancelot in The First Knight. All very sigh worthy!
OMG! I forgot all about that movie, and speaking of…Richard Gere ..did you ever see SOMMERSBY he did w/Jodi Foster? OMG! That was such a great movie and the kiss he gives her was awesome!!!
I loved that movie also!
Ohh, I am so going to go tell my hubby it is International Kissing day and we should celebrate! =) hehee
Best on screen kiss? Ok so this is an older movie but I have always loved it and seen it soooo many times. And it has a great make out session, the fort is going to be attacked, they may not live, and so they meet in the dark and share some passion. Oh and the soundtrack to this movie is awesome!! The Last of the Mohicans with Daniel Day Lewis and that dark haired chick (can’t think of her name).
Madeleine Stowe.
…took the words right out of my mouth, you did
Lex, you crack me every time you stop by! I always said that the most sensual scenes are the ones that are left to my imagination (and I can tell you, girl, mine is vast and active) and that one was THE best EVER! DDL was AWESOME in it, and just a fact to throw out there…when the movie and the sound track came out I went to see it TEN times, and the sound track was literally TORTURE to my kids (they tell this to everyone) because I played it in a car over and over and over and over again!!!
I like the one in the rain from The Notebook.
Now that was one awesome smooch, right?!
The first time my husband and I ever kissed…. He said to me “Would you just kiss me for once in my life?” The line blew me away and the kiss knocked my socks off! We both still talk about that kiss, 16 years later.
Gone with the Wind is one of my favorite movies. Love that kiss! Another, is the one from Pretty Woman. The end is so romantic!
YES! I like those too myself
I sat here for a few good minutes trying to think of a memorable kiss, all my favorite movies running through my head. Unfortunately, with Jane Austen (love those period dramas!) there aren’t many kisses. So, I’ll go with the next best thing – the last kiss from Bridget Jones’ Diary between Bridget and Mark. Love it!
